You must not:

  • Upload malicious files or harmful content


3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Notify administrators immediately if you suspect unauthorized access


4. Ticket Management

  • Submitted tickets will be handled based on priority and availability

  • Response times are not guaranteed and may vary

  • Support Desk reserves the right to close, reject, or reassign tickets if necessary


5. Data and Content

By submitting information, messages, or attachments:

  • You confirm that the content is accurate and lawful

  • You grant Support Desk permission to use this data solely for support and system improvement purposes


6. System Availability

  • We aim to keep the system available at all times, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed

  • Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime


7. Limitation of Liability

Support Desk shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of data, delays, or service interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from system usage

Use of the system is at your own risk.


8. Termination of Access

  • Take action against misuse or violation of these terms
